The service was exceptional, professional and empathetic.
During such a sad moment in my life I was pleased to be have the support from Distinct Funerals, who were excellent from start to finish. My questions were answered with compassion, and professionalism. Everything was explained fully and gave me peace of mind. We all know that we will die one day, but it is not something we like to talk about. Being able to talk to someone about my wishes without them getting upset, was brilliant. I am really happy with how easy it was to set everything I wanted, up. This is going to sound silly, but not leaving a financial burden to my family, means so much to me. I paid for my plan in one payment, but there are several other methods to pay available. All they need to do apon my death is make a phone call and it’s sorted. Job done!
